Love ❤️ my new bed. My shoulder and hip bursitis which was at a 10 and use to wake me at night is down to a 4 and I am sleeping through the night. The customer service was amazing. My rep was always kind and attentive, even after the sale and delivery. I have the 14 in.hybrid plush. The only downfalls, The bed seems to attribute to a lot of heat. I find myself keeping my room temperature to a 62 with the ceiling fan on to maintain the same environmental comfort as I did previously with the house temp at a 67. Family can get a bit cold at night. There was also a smell when the bed was first set up. This was a very unsavory smell that lingered the first two weeks.
