Where do I register my warranty?

For (premium) Diamond Coverage Plan:

We will automatically process Diamond Coverage Plan registration after it is purchased. If you are interested in Diamond Coverage but haven't purchased it yet, please click here.

Can I upgrade my warranty after purchasing?

You can upgrade your warranty to the Diamond Coverage Plan as long as it's within 1 year (365 days) of your initial purchase.

What are the differences between the included warranty and the Diamond Coverage Plan?

The (free) included warranty includes:

Classic, Classic+, Bliss, and Platinum Series Bases

  • Years 1-2: Full parts, labor, and shipping
  • Years 3-5: 75% parts (no labor, no shipping)
  • Years 6-10: 50% parts (no labor, no shipping)
  • Years 11-25: 25% parts (no labor, no shipping)

Essential Series Bases

  • Year 1: Full parts, labor, and shipping
  • Years 2-3: 75% parts (no labor, no shipping)
  • Years 4-6: 50% parts (no labor, no shipping)
  • Years 7-10: 25% parts (no labor, no shipping)

The (premium) Diamond Coverage Plan includes:

  • Full parts, labor, and shipping for the duration of the plan (either 5 or 10 years)

How does the prorating work?

The Free Included Warranty is not transferable. However, the Diamond Coverage Plan is transferable.

Is my warranty refundable?

Warranties are non-refundable.

What's the difference between the Amazon warranty and the Sven & Son warranty?

Amazon's warranty option grants you 2 years of coverage through Asurion. Since we already include this free of charge, we do not recommend buying the 2 Year Furniture Protection Plan through Amazon. If you're interested in comprehensive coverage of your purchase, we recommend our Diamond Coverage Plan.
