Refund policy
Our policy lasts 120 days on mattresses. If 120 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
At Sleep Geekz, we try to make our return policy pain-free, clear, and concise. We understand sometimes we choose the wrong size or maybe a friend recommended a mattress that is good for them but not so much for you. However, if you are not happy with your purchase we will still offer you the same 120 Night Sleep Guarantee for an exchange or full refund minus the transportation fee. Our 120 Night Sleep Guarantee is only offered on a mattress that is purchased at full retail value. The mattresses that are purchased with an adjustable bed base bundle are excluded from our 120 days sleep guarantee. (Please see return policy for bundles). 120-NIGHT SLEEP GUARANTEE
At Sleep Geekz, we offer our customers a stress-free 120 Night Sleep Guarantee.
If you are unhappy with the mattress you have chosen or it is just not right for you, don’t worry you can return it for a full refund minus the transportation cost.
Please note; Sleep Geekz will NEVER restock or resell a mattress once it has been opened. We may ask that you donate your unwanted item(s) to a local non-profit in our name.
*The 120 Night Sleep Guarantee is only offered one time per mattress purchased. Warranty exchanges are not eligible for an additional guarantee unless the original item is deemed defective. Some exclusions apply; sale items and mattresses sold as a bundle are not eligible.
Any returns received at our shipping warehouse, once approved, will be processed in 3-5 business days. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
RETURN POLICY ON ADJUSTABLE BASES & BUNDLES
If you are not happy with your purchase we will work with you to make sure that you are 100% satisfied. Simply contact a member of our 5-Star rated customer service team and they are always happy to help!
mattresses purchased within a bundle, we will credit you the amount that was paid for the mattress towards the purchase of another mattress at full retail.
Please Note: Depending on coupons and referral codes some mattresses can cost less than the return shipping.
Our adjustable beds are supported by an industry-leading warranty. Should you need to return your adjustable base, you will be responsible for the costs of return shipping before (30) days of your delivery. If you have trouble with your bed, simply give us a call!

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
