Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retention Specialist to join our team. As a Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and retaining customers. Your primary task will be to take high-escalated calls and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retention, with the ability to get reviews removed, and a high level of task management. You will work closely with the Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure that customer needs are met, and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Take high-escalated calls and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Retain customers by providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Get reviews removed from various platforms.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet or exceed retention targets and objectives.
- Utilize various retention techniques and strategies to retain customers.
- Continuously update and maintain customer records and account information.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retention or a similar role
- Proven track record in retention with the ability to get reviews removed.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle high-escalated calls.
- Excellent task management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and various CRM systems
