Excellent product. I purchased the top end bed a few years ago and was so impressed I came back to purchase a basic adjustable bed for another bedroom.. Couldn’t be happier!

First time frame arrived with incorrect parts was a bit of a hassle to send back but we got a replacement pretty fast. Also we had to order shorter legs and side bars separately which we are still waiting for on back order. Overall good bed and customer service did the best they could to help

Arrived extremely fast, driver helped get it into the garage. Being disabled we had no idea how hard/heavy it was to get upstairs. Finally had to call in the big guns, took 3 strapping fellows to get it up the stairs. Once inside, our teenager grandson had it unpacked and set up in less than 20 minutes. Have only been using it for a week but so far, so good. We are very happy with the service we received from J in the FL store. He was polite, professional and knew his stuff. This is why we purchased from the store instead of Amazon. Will be buying a single size soon and will use the same route as we did with our king size. Thanks for such an easy transaction!
